American Flags to Half Staff for Memorial Day

In keeping with the observance of Memorial Day this coming Monday, American Flags should be flown at half-staff in rememberance of all the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to their country. Flags should be kept at half-staff from sunrise until noon on Memorial Day.
