Mattoon Police arrested 40-year old Steven L. Fryer at 3:23 a.m. Saturday on North Route 45. He was charged with criminal damage to property. According to the report, Fryer allegedly used his head to damage a wooden fence at a local tavern. Fryer was issued a notice to appear in court and released.
