Lake Land College’s Dustin Heuerman has been appointed to serve on the Illinois Community College Board by Governor Bruce Rauner. Heuerman is a criminal justice instructor at Lake Land College. He previously worked in law enforcement in Champaign County. He was appointed to a three-year-term on ICCB, which oversees all the state’s community colleges. The Illinois Community College Board provides recommendations and support to help make Illinois community colleges successful.
