A Paxton man and his son were killed in an auto accident Monday. According to the Coles County Sheriff’s Office, 38-year old Christopher West and his 15-year old son, Christopher Jr. died from injuries sustained when their vehicle crashed into a Morgan Township shed in Bushton. The vehicle went through the overhead door of the building and hit a backhoe and pickup truck that were parked inside. The accident remains under investigation.
