A piece of Mattoon history will soon have a new look. New Mercy Worship Center will renovate the former Pepsi bottling plant at 12th and Moultrie and turn it into a new church. They also purchased Gill’s Drive Inn, which will provide parking for parishioners. They plan to open the new building on September 30th.
