At tonight’s meeting of the Mattoon City Council, council members will consider rezoning property along the east side of Dettro Drive for the construction of a memory care facility. The request was made for property is located at the southeast corner of Dettro Drive and Remington Road where an Effingham-based development group intends to construct an assisted living facility.
