Rod Blagojevich will not have his 14-year prison sentence reduced. Blagojevich was hoping to have his sentence shortened after an appellate court last year tossed out five of his 18 criminal convictions for corruption. At today’s hearing, U.S. District Court Judge James Zagel ruled the ex-governor must remain in a Colorado prison.
