(Chicago, IL) — Stephen Piscotty hit a go-ahead, three-run homer in a five-run eighth inning as the Cardinals rallied to beat the Cubs 6-4. Brandon Moss also homered and Randall Grichuk doubled in a run. Matt Bowman got the win as the Cards split the four-game series. Meanwhile, the Cubs are waiting to find out the status of starting pitcher John Lackey. He left last night’s game with two outs in the seventh inning with an apparent injury.
