State Representative Reggie Phillips will host a senior identity theft prevention seminar at the LifeSpan Center between Mattoon and Charleston this Friday (9/16) from 10:00-11:00 a.m. There are approximately 10 million identity theft victims every year in the United States, and the majority is senior citizens. There is no charge to attend.
