Bob Dylan Wins Nobel Prize In Literature
(Stockholm) — Bob Dylan is the winner of this year’s Nobel Prize in Literature. The Grammy award winning artist was recognized today by the Nobel committee for having created “new poetic expressions within the great American song tradition.” The 75-year-old legendary artist has been performing since 1961 when he moved to New York from Minnesota. His debut album, “Bob Dylan,” came out the following year.
