Portion of I-70 Near Vandalia Will Be Closed to Complete Work

If you’re traveling toward Vandalia next week, keep in mind the eastbound entrance ramp from Route 51 to I-70 will be closed to complete work in conjunction with the Kaskaskia River Bridge beginning Monday.  The ramp will be closed all week and is scheduled to be re-opened on Friday evening, October 21st. During this time traffic will be detoured along U.S. Route 40.
