A quarter auction to benefit the Mattoon Fire Department’s Operation Sleigh Ride will be held at the Mattoon American Legion this Thursday (10/20). More than twenty vendors offering kitchenware, yard decorations, crafts, books makeup, and more will be featured. Doors open at 5:30 and bidding will begin at 6:30.
