Senator, Four Years Removed From Stroke, Climbs Willis Tower Stairs
(Chicago, IL) — Illinois Senator Mark Kirk is hoping to assure voters he’s healthy enough for re-election. The Republican walked up 37 floors of the Willis Tower in Chicago on Sunday as part of the Sky Rise Chicago Event. Kirk has dealt with questions about his ability to serve another term after suffering a stroke in 2012.
