Flags To Be Lowered For Indiana Soldier Killed In Accident
(Indianapolis, IN) — Flags at state facilities across Indiana will be at half-staff this weekend. They’re being lowered on Saturday for Avon-native Army Private Dakota Stump, who was killed in a car accident at Fort Hood. Stump disappeared from Fort Hood in October and his body was found a month later next to a flipped vehicle approximately 100-yards from the road. He was 19-years-old.
