The University of Illinois’ ‘full funding’ guarantee would lock-in over 660-million dollars in spending for the school, possibly forever. The University unveiled the legislation to go along with the ‘full funding’ plan yesterday. The U of I is promising to admit at least 14-thousand Illinois students to its main campus. But that’s less than a third of students, in exchange for the binding guarantee.
