Registration for spring semester at Lake Land College is now open. In order to assist new students in getting started, the college is hosting One Stop to Registration Open Houses on Wednesday, Nov. 30 on campus and at the Kluthe Center for Higher Education and Technology in Effingham.
During this event, new and returning students can receive advising from a counselor, attend orientation, register for classes and complete placement testing. Check-in begins at 3:15 p.m. for orientation and placement testing with walk-in counseling available from 3:30-7 p.m.
Prior to the day, participants are asked to determine if they are enrolling as a degree-seeking student or just taking a course; complete the Intent to Enroll form; and complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).

Spring classes start Jan. 9 and the last day to register before classes begin is Jan. 6. Extended Registration will be held on campus from 10 a.m. – 7 p.m. on Jan. 6. Course listings are available online at lakelandcollege.edu under the Academics Menu.
