(Chicago, IL) — Weight Watchers is recalling 100-thousand cases of Smart Ones Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Sundaes because they contain cookie dough that may be contaminated with Listeria. No one has been sickened, but the third-party supplier of the cookie dough, Aspen Hill, says some of its product has tested positive for the bacteria, which can cause serious and sometimes fatal infections. The recalled sundaes were sold in four-packs with use-by dates from December 2016 to July 2017. Consumers should not eat the desserts, but can return them to the store or contact the manufacturer for a refund.
