Illinois could be in a trick box if a Chicago Democrat gets his way, and if contractors use Cat earth movers to building President-elect Trump’s wall. State Representative Will Guzzardi introduced a plan yesterday that’d pull Illinois pension investments from any company that does business with the proposed wall. But Guzzardi isn’t saying how far he’s willing to go to cut ties with the companies or how much money he expects the state would have to pull.
