If you’ve ever wanted to start eating healthy but it seems like all of the healthy food is beyond the budget, you should check out the “Nurtition on a Budget.” Every 4th Wednesday of each month the Mattoon Salvation Army will be hosting a class presented by the University of Illinois Extension Office. Classes will focus on shopping, meal preparation, and managing finances.
