Governor Rauner is telling the Illinois Farm Bureau today that despite unproductive weekend meetings with legislative leaders, he’ll push on with a plan to get at least a stopgap spending plan passed that includes two items from his reform agenda. Rauner’s office also said today he’ll go to Clinton on Wednesday to sign the bill intended to keep two of Exelon’s nuclear plants open with a rate hike.
