A Mattoon man will serve prison time for trying to lure a boy into his vehicle. 37-year-old Derek Luckey pleaded guilty to charges in connection with the September 18th incident that happened near Peterson Park. He was sentenced to 10-years in prison on charges. Luckey, who has a history of child sex offenses, later admitted he planned to molest the boy.
