Add hairdressers to the list of people required to spot the signs of domestic abuse. A new law that takes effect in January requires hairdressers, barbers, cosmetologists, and nail techs to be trained in how to spot domestic abuse. The law doesn’t require them to call the police, just to be trained in how to spot the signs.
