Illinois Set To Require Lead Testing In Schools, Day Cares
(Springfield, IL) — Illinois is set to enact a law that will require state elementary schools and day care centers to test for lead in the drinking water. The measure was approved by the Illinois Senate yesterday. The bill now heads to Governor Rauner, who’s expected to sign it into law.
