Mattoon police arrested Ronnie L. Tolliver, age 41 of Mattoon, on Wednesday Jan. 25th at 10:46 a.m. The arrest occurred in the 900 block of Broadway Ave. Tolliver was charged with Public Indecency. The charge alleges that Tolliver entered a business and purposely exposed himself to a female employee therein. Tolliver was taken to the jail.
