Study: Eat More Fruit And Veggies To Live Longer
(London) — A new study says eating ten portions of fruit and vegetables a day could reduce the risk of premature death. The World Health Organization recommends eating five portions a day of fruit and vegetables, but a new study by Imperial College London found that eating ten portions a day could significantly reduce the risk of heart attack, stroke and cancer. The researchers say ten portions of fruit and veggies a day could prevent millions of premature deaths worldwide.
