According to an MPD Press Release, Tera L. Whalin, age 34 of Mattoon, was arrested on April 16th at 2:55 p.m. in the 2100 block of Marshall Ave. Whalin was charged with Criminal Trespass to Property. The charge alleges that she refused to leave a residence after being repeatedly asked to leave by the resident and police. Whalin was taken to jail.
