A member of Congressman John Shimkus’ staff will be at the Charleston City Council Chambers, May 5th from 10:00-11:30 a.m., and the same day, from 1:00-2:30, at the Arthur City Government office. The congressman encourages all constituents who have questions and concerns to attend one of the sessions.
