A Mattoon man was injured in an accident in Clark County just before 1:00 p.m. yesterday. Illinois State Police say Miguel Estell was eastbound on I-70, near Marshall, when he crossed over in front of a tractor-trailer driven by Ravinder Singh, of Canton, Michigan. Singh’s rig rear-ended Estell’s car, forcing him into the center median. Estell, who was ticketed for improper lane usage, was taken to Terre Haute Regional Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
