Reggie Phillips Passes EIU Tuition Discount Program Measure in House Committee

State Representative Reggie Phillips (R-Charleston) went before the House of Higher Education committee this week in support of Senate Bill 930, which extends until 2026, a tuition discount program at Eastern Illinois University. Phillips said the program has been a good one for the university and the legislation is an effort to extend its life.  The bill passed committee and now goes to the House floor for consideration.
