New Sidewalks in Mattoon

New sidewalks will be coming to Mattoon this summer.  The city council gave the go-ahead for the project on Marshall Avenue from 25^th to 32^nd streets.  Estimated cost is $263,000, $120,000 of which has been budgeted by the public works department.
