Kickoff to Summer Reading Starting Monday in Charleston

Charleston Carnegie Public Library will be having a Kickoff to Summer Reading on Monday 10:30 to 7:00. There will be crafts and activities for all ages that involve design. Kids under eight, please bring a grownup. A library card is not needed to attend.
