A flash flood warning is in effect until 11:15 for Southeastern Fayette County. At 5:10 this morning, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the area. Radar estimates nearly 3 inches of rain have fallen since 2:00 a.m. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly.
