The Kiwanis Club of Mattoon will be holding a Park Project Cash Raffle, with the drawing of the winner taking place on Wednesday, August 30th. Tickets are $20 dollars each and cash prizes range from $50 to $2,000 dollars. Contact the Mattoon Kiwanis for tickets.
