According to a press release from the Mattoon Police Department, Andrew L. Holland, age 29 of Mattoon, was arrested at the MPD on Sept. 7th at 2:42 p.m. He was charged with three (3) counts of Predatory Criminal Sexual Assault of a Child. The charges allege that Holland molested two (2) children. Holland was taken to the jail.
