Three people have been arrested in connection with the death of Zachary Hubbartt, of Windsor. 27-year-old Jason White, 26-year-old Autumn Billings, and 20-year-old Ryan Waters were taken into custody yesterday. White and Waters are charged with first-degree murder, while Billings faces a preliminary charge of obstruction of justice. All three are being held without bond.
