A semi driver was airlifted to Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis following a crash on I-57 this morning. According to the Illinois State Police, 52-year-old Kevin Wright, of Milton, Florida was northbound on at mile post 132 when his rig left the roadway into the median and overturned onto the driver’s side. The driver was entrapped in the vehicle and was extricated from the vehicle by Kinmundy Fire Department.
