One person was injured in an accident yesterday in Cumberland County. According to the Illinois State Police, a tractor-trailer driven by Richard Irving, of Texas was eastbound on I-70 near milepost 112, in a construction zone, when he crashed into the rear of a tractor-trailer driven by Cantu Franco, also of Texas. Franco was taken to St. Anthony’s Memorial Hospital with minor injuries. Irving was ticketed for following too closely.
