Decatur Police and the FBI ended their search of Lake Decatur yesterday, after investigators reported finding evidence connected to the murder of Zachary Hubbartt, of Windsor. Decatur Police say they will request further test of the evidence by the Illinois State Police Crime Lab. They are not releasing details on the evidence they discovered.
