Three Local Men Recognized at Department of Agriculture Holiday Luncheon

Three area men were recognized at the Department of Agriculture’s annual holiday luncheon.  Donald Ruckman, of Altamont, for 25-years of state service, and Ashmore’s Richard Davis and David Dhom, of Newton for 20-years of state service.
