According to the MPD, the Mattoon Police Department is currently assisting the Bloomington (IL) Police Department in locating Carmon D. Edwards of Bloomington, Illinois. Carmon, who may be suffering from a recent cognitive decline, was reported missing on 12/25/17. Carmon visited Mattoon, and may still be in the area.
