Bears Name Nagy as Head Coach
The Chicago Bears have named Kansas City Chiefs offensive coordinator Matt Nagy as the 16th head coach in franchise history.
Nagy spent the last five seasons in Kansas City, first as quarterbacks coach before being elevated to the lone offensive coordinator following the 2016 season. The Chiefs finished sixth in points (25.9) and fifth in total offense (375.4 yards) in 2017, although they struggled on offense Sunday by totaling zero points and 61 yards in the second half against the Titans.
The team will introduce Nagy at a press conference tomorrow.
