The Mattoon Area Family YMCA will have another Sunday Sampler, this coming Sunday from 1:00-4:00 (1/14). The one day event allows you try fitness classes for 20 minutes at a time. Child Watch will be offered as well. There is no charge to attend, and membership is not required.
