The Charleston Area Chamber of Commerce will host a candidates’ forum February 27th at 5:30pm at Unique Suites Hotel. It’ll start with candidates for Coles County Clerk, Julie Coe and Jackie Freezeland, at 5:45. Next will be Coles County Sheriff candidates, Jimmy Rankin and Steve Spear, at 6:45. At 7:45, it’ll be candidates for state representative, Terry Davis and Chris Miller. All candidates will give opening and closing statements and be available to answer questions.
