Books and Babies comes back to the Charleston Carnegie Public Library now through April 12th on Thursdays, from 10:30 to 11:00 from, in the Craft Room. Bouncing rhymes, songs, finger plays, stories and other early literacy fun will be presented for infants through 36 months and their caregiver.
