Facebook, Twitter and other tech giants should face fines if they fail to get rid of “bots” after they’re discovered by the federal government. That’s what Minnesota Senator Amy Klobuchar told NBC’s “Meet the Press,” adding it’s a great idea that would need Congress to act on the measure.
