A Cowden-Herrick High School student was arrested Monday night for allegedly writing a threatening letter to the school and leaving it in the girls’ locker room. The 16-year-old girl was taken into custody just before 10:00 p.m. for disorderly conduct and breaching the peace. Police believe the letter was a prank, and not credible.
