First Mid-Illinois Bank and Trust’s acquisition of First BancTrust Corp. is now complete. Officials say that the acquisition represents approximately $479 million in total assets, $392 million in deposits, and $370 million in loans. With the completion of the acquisition, First Mid has roughly $3.3 billion in total assets.
