A California man faces multiple charges following an accident near Effingham Friday night. According to the Illinois State Police, 27-year-old Theran Allee rear-ended a tractor-trailer driven by 32-year-old Dustin Isenhart, of Godfrey, Illinois. Allee was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, and illegal transportation of alcohol.
