According to the Mattoon PD, Mattoon Police arrested Justino J.P. Bautista, 26 years of age of Mattoon, for the offense of Residential Burglary. The arrest occurred on 07/13/2018 at 9:40am, at the Mattoon PD.
The charge alleges that on or about 06/08/2018 while in the 1800 block of Richmond Ave in Mattoon, Mr. Bautista unlawfully entered a residence in that area, and stole items from within. Mr. Bautista was taken to the Coles County Jail
