A Mattoon woman is in custody following her arrest for felony retail theft. According to the Mattoon Police Department, 34-year-old Jennie E. Easter was arrested last night. She’s alleged to have entered CVS in Mattoon, and stole items from within. The charge was elevated to a felony due to previous convictions for theft.
